ArsH flavinreduktasa Paracoccus denitrificans PD1222 kódovaná genem pden_3133 byla připravena jako N terminálně značený konstrukt a purifikovaný protein byl krystalizován v uspořádání sedící kapky. Difrakce byla dosažena na 2,6 Å a struktura byla řešitelná molekulárním přenesením. ArsH flavinreductase of Paracoccus denitrificans PD1222 encoded by gene pden_3133 was prepared as N terminally taged construct and purified protein was crystalized in sitting drop arrangement. Diffraction of 2,6 Å was acheived and the structure was solvable via molecular replacement.
