Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Sociální práce s ohroženými skupinami na trhu práce. Cílem této práce bude zaměřit se na skupinu ohrožených lidí na trhu práce z řad absolventů škol. Záměrem teoretické části práce bude popsat, v čem spočívá sociální práce s ohroženými skupinami na trhu práce, zejména s čerstvými absolventy škol a definovat pojmy sociální práce, ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce, absolventi, trh práce a nezaměstnanost. V praktické části se budu zabývat otázkou uplatnitelnosti absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce. Cílem výzkumné části bakalářské práce bude zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují uplatnitelnost absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce.

Abstract:

The theme of my work is social work with vulnerable groups in the labor market. The aim of this work will focus on a group of vulnerable people in the labor market among graduates. The aim of the theoretical part will describe what the social work with vulnerable groups in the labor market, especially with recent graduates and define the concepts of social work, vulnerable groups in the labor market, graduates, labor market and unemployment. In the practical part will deal with the question of employability of graduates in the labor market. The aim of this thesis is to find out what factors influence the employability of graduates in the labor market.
