Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací vhodné metody pro ověření stability uložení lůžek pro automatizované zakládání kontaktů ve firmě Robert Bosch spol. s.r.o. v Českých Budějovicích. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na automatizaci, na zařízení a prostředky hmotného toku, mezi něž patří např. roboty či manipulátory, dále na analýzu způsobilosti stroje a procesu a konečně na kontaktní a bezkontaktní senzory pro měření vzdálenosti. Aplikační část se zabývá návrhem a realizací metody pro ověření stability uložení lůžek pro automatizované zakládání kontaktů, tzn. výběrem vhodného měřicího zařízení a jeho aplikací v sériovém výrobním procesu, samotným měřením pomocí laserového měřicího systému, vyhodnocením stability uložení lůžek pomocí analýzy způsobilosti stroje ve statistickém softwaru a hodnocením získaných výsledků. Metoda přinesla výsledky, kterými bylo prokázáno nestabilní uložení zakládacích lůžek. Vychýlení lůžek bylo na hraně předepsané tolerance a nebyly splněny požadavky pro způsobilost stroje. Na základě těchto výsledků byla konstrukce uložení lůžek reklamována dodavateli, který navrhl a zavedl novou konstrukci uložení lůžek. Stabilita uložení nové konstrukce lůžek byla ověřena stejnou metodou. Díky zavedení nové konstrukce se zmenšilo vychýlení lůžek a bylo prokázáno jejich stabilní uložení, čímž byly splněny požadavky pro způsobilost stroje. Použitá metoda pro ověření stability uložení lůžek pro automatizované zakládání kontaktů se ukázala jako vhodná a v praxi využitelná.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the design and realization of a suitable method for verification of the position stability of special fixtures for automatic contacts implementation in the company Robert Bosch, a limited liability company in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the automatization, the material flow equipment and means, for example robots and manipulators. This part also discusses the suitability analysis of machinery and process, and the last but not least contact and incontact sensors for distance measurement. The application part investigates the design and realization of the method for verification of the position stability of special fixtures for automatic contacts implementation, it means the selection of suitable measuring equipment and its application in a serial production process, the measurement by means of a laser measuring system, the evaluation of special fictures position stability by means of analysis on machinery ability in a statistical software and the acquired data interpretation. The method brought the results that proved an unstable position of the implementation fixtures. The fixture deflection was on the edge of the set toleration and the machinery suitability requirements were not kept. On the basis of the results the ficture position was complained to the supplier who consequently designed and implemented a new construction for ficture position. The stability of the position of the new ficture construction was verified with the same method. Thanks to the implementation of the new construction the fixture deflection was reduced and the stable position was proved which lead to the fulfilment of the machinery ability requrements. The used method for verification of the position stability of special fixtures for automatic contacts implementation has turned out as suitable and workable in practice.
