Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Komunikace ve francouzské veřejné správě - nástroje a problémy“ je identifikace a diskuze problémů, jež se objevují v rámci komunikace obcí s ostatními prvky správního systému ve Francii. První část práce představuje teoretická východiska v oblasti veřejné správy a komunikace. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na francouzský správní systém a klade důraz na postavení obcí. V závěrečné části jsou prezentovány výzkumné výsledky a formulovány doporučení ke zlepšení systému komunikace.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Communication in French public administration - means and problems” is to identify and discuss the problems that appear when the communes communicate with other parts of the French administrative system. The first part introduces theoretical bases for the area of the public administration and communication. In the second part we focus on the French administrative system with the accent on the role of communes. The final part presents the results of the research and outlines recommendations to improve the system of communication.
