The essence of the submitted thesis: “The Causes of Price Rigidities – Empirical Analysis” is to identify causes of price rigidities by using the questionnaire. My empirical analysis is focused on Slovak and Czech companies and their reasons for not changing prices. I have used a research of American economist Alan Blinder made to American companies.
