Předmětem této práce „Dopady zákona o vinohradnictví a vinařství (115/1995 Sb.) jako příklad hodnocení efektu veřejné politiky“ je zavedení zákona o vinohradnictví a vinařství (115/1995) a zkoumání jeho dopadů na trh s vínem.
