Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá robotizací zakázky konkrétního podniku v sériové strojírenské výrobě formou malého projektu. Byl zjištěn roční hospodářský výsledek ze zakázky pomocí kalkulace náklad. Dále byl vytvořen harmonogram a kritická cesta projektu. Po-té jsou navrženy řešení pro konkrétní rizika, je také provedeno finanční zhodnocení nové výrobní koncepce. This bachelor thesis deals with order robotizing of particular company in serial engineering production in the form of small project. An annual return on the contract was determined using the cost calculation. In addition, timetable and critical path of the project was created.
