Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce nesoucí název Veřejně přístupné účelové komunikace je poukázání na nejasné a nedostačující body v platné právní úpravě a z toho často vznikající spory mezi vlastníky a uživateli komunikací. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to point out on undefined and unclear pieces of legislation which result in disputes between owners and users of publicly accessible utility roads.
