Bakalářská práce s názvem Právní terminologie v Německu, Rakousku a Česku v oblasti občanského soudního řízení (oblasti sporné nalézací řízení) je prací z oboru lingvistiky a lexikografie. Práce je rozdělena do třech celků, kdy první část stručně popisuje problematiku oboru lexikografie. V druhé části je popsán cíl práce a metody použité při výběru a zpracování jednotlivých hesel.
