Diplomová práce je primárně zaměřena na shrnutí právní úpravy vyvlastnění v České republice včetně změn, které přinesla úprava nového občanského zákoníku v této oblasti. The dissertation is primarily focused on summarization of expropriation legislation in the Czech Republic included changes in this area of law which are connected with new Civil Code.
