Diplomová práce pojednává o syndromu vyhoření u příslušníků bezpečnostního sboru Policie České republiky. Primárně se zaměřuje na uniformované policisty na obvodních odděleních policie. Práce obsahuje obecný výklad syndromu vyhoření a jeho promítnutí na příslušníky, včetně možností prevence ze strany jedince, ale i zaměstnavatele. The thesis deals with the burnout syndrome of members of the Czech Police security force. It is primarily focused on uniformed police officers in the district police departments.
