Conjugates of triterpenes prepared at the position C-30

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá syntézou nových triazolových konjugátů triterpenů lupanového typu v poloze C-30. Několik derivátů triterpenů s modifikovanou polohou C-30 v minulosti vykázalo vysokou cytotoxickou aktivitu. V rámci této práce byla provedena syntéza nových sloučenin v poloze C-30 pomocí Huisgenovy 1,3-cykloadice. Byly připraveny výchozí terpeny (obsahující azidoskupinu nebo trojnou vazbu) a jejich reakční partneři (např. azidocukry). Byla optimalizována Huisgenova 1,3-cykloadice a podařilo se připravit 12 nových sloučenin, jejich struktura byla potvrzena spektrálními daty, byly připraveny vzorky na biologické testování.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the synthesis of new triazole conjugates of lupane type at the position C-30. Several known triterpenic derivatives modified at the position C-30 had high cycotoxic activity. In this work, synthesis of new derivatives at the position C-30 via Huisgen 1,3-cycloaddition was investigated. Staring triterpenes containing azide or triple bond were prepared as well as other reagents (sugar azides). The Huisgen 1,3-cycloaddition was optimized which yielded 12 new triterpenic derivatives that were synthesised and their structure was confirmed by spectral data. Samples of new compounds were sent for biologial tests.
