Diplomová práca sa zaoberá investíciami do ľudského kapitálu. V teoretickej časti obsahuje poznatky súvisiace s ľudskými zdrojmi ako ľudský potenciál, intelektuálny kapitál a ľudský kapitál. Osobitne vymedzuje investície do ľudského kapitálu, kde poukazuje na formy investovania, na vzdelávanie a hodnotí investície podnikov.
