Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je zkoumání vztahu mezi individuální vnímavostí a kolektivní vnímavostí ve vybraných bankách v době bankovní krize. První částí práce je systematická literární rešerše, která objasní základní pojmy potřebné k dosažení zvoleného cíle práce. Dále je v práci popsán metodický postup práce, kde je popsán cíl výzkumu a návrh výzkumu. Výzkumná část se zabývá konstruktem individuální a kolektivní vnímavosti na základě získaných informací z odborných textů. Získané poznatky jsou poté za pomoci systematické literární rešerše konzultovány v diskuzi. Práce také generuje doporučení do praxe a návrh pro další výzkum.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is to explore the relationship between individual mindfulness and collective mindfulness in selected banks during the banking crisis. The first part of the thesis is a systematic literary review that explains basic concepts needed to achieve the chosen goal of the thesis. Furthermore the work describes the methodical way of the work, where is described the research goal and the research proposal. The research part deals with the construct of individual and collective mindfulness on the basis of acquired informations from professional texts. Acquired findings are then consulted in a discussion using a systematic literature review. The thesis also generates recommendations for the practice and a proposal for the further research.
