Protilátky k borreliím u volně žijících obratlovců v České republice

Abstract:
ÚVOD Lymeská borrelióza je onemocnění spojené s infekcí klíšťaty. Infekci vyvolává pohyblivá spirocheta Borrelia burgdorferi s.l. Nejdůležitějším vektorem v Evropě je klíště obecné (Ixodes ricinus). Jeho životní cyklus je podmíněn sáním krve širokého spektra hostitelů. Původcem lymeské borreliózy byl až do 80. let 20. stol. neznámý druh spirochety. Abstract:
ABSTRACT Lyme borreliosis is disease connected with ticks infection. Infection is caused moving spirochaetes B. b. s.l. Ixodes ricinus is the most important vector in Europe. His life cycle is contingent on blotting up blood of many hosts. In my work I give problems of occurrence of antiborrelian antibodies of vertebrates in the Czech Republic and Europe.
