Funding of Noncommercial Cultural Event Organized in Hradc Králové

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Možnosti financování nekomerční kulturní akce pořádané v Hradci Králové je zmapování možností vícezdrojového financování odlišných typů kulturních akcí. Práce detailně rozebírá a následně reflektuje kulturní politiku města Hradce Králové a konkrétní možnosti financování z veřejného rozpočtu města mimo jiné v závislosti na právnické formě pořadatele akce či provozovatele konkrétní kulturní instituce. Práce na základě historického, geografického a demografického vymezení a popisu kulturních institucí, organizací i jednotlivých akcí zkoumá podmínky pro rozvoj a podporu kultury ve městě. Na základě těchto informací a rozhovorů s organizátory vybraných významných kulturních akcí posuzovaných z hlediska jejich kontinuity a podpory statutárního města Hradce Králové zkoumá míru, potřeby a motivaci využívání firemního fundraisingu.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis, Funding of Noncommercial Cultural Events Organized in Hradec Králové, is to describe options for multisource financing of various cultural events. The thesis analyses, and subsequently reflects in detail, the cultural policy of Hradec Králové and specific options for financing from the town’s public budget, for example, depending on the legal status of the organizer or the cultural events operator. The thesis deals with conditions for cultural development in the town based on the historical, geographical and demographical framework. Based on this information and interviews with chosen organizers of important cultural events, judged in terms of their continuity and support from the statutory town of Hradec Králové, the thesis analyses the degree of corporate fundraising, the need for it and the motivation for using it.
