Návrh optimalizace krovu a stropní konstrukce na zadaném bytovém domě

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stavebně-konstrukční návrh optimalizace vybraných nosných konstrukcí bytového domu. V teoretické části práce definuje základní požadavky na konstrukce stropů a krovů, dále popisuje jejich konstrukční typy a v poslední řadě jejich možné poruchy a sanace. Důraz je kladen také na přístup ke stávajícím objektům. Jsou uvedeny stavební průzkumy a postup stanovení zatěžovacích stavů, které na nosné konstrukce působí. Na zadaný bytový dům jsou následně v aplikační části využity znalosti posouzení statické funkčnosti stávajících konstrukcí stropu a krovu. Na základě posouzení stávajících konstrukcí je následně navržena rešerše možných variant úprav. Navržené varianty úprav jsou následně důkladně rozebrány, jsou popsána všechna pozitiva a negativa. Dle výsledků je vyhotoveno multikriteriální vyhodnocení, kde je stanovena vhodnost daných metod. Vhodnost variant je stanovena na základě stěžejních kritérií, které jsou využitelné ve výstavbě v praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the structural design of the optimization of selected supporting structures of an apartment building. In the theoretical part of the work, he defines the basic requirements for the construction of ceilings and roofs, further describes their construction types and, lastly, their possible malfunctions and rehabilitation. Emphasis is also placed on access to existing objects. Construction surveys and the procedure for determining the load conditions acting on the load-bearing structures are presented. Knowledge of assessing the static functionality of existing ceiling and roof structures is subsequently used in the application section for the specified apartment building. Based on the assessment of the existing structures, a search for possible modifications is then proposed. The proposed modification variants are then thoroughly analyzed, all positives and negatives are described. According to the results, a multi-criteria evaluation is made, where the appropriateness of the given methods is determined. The suitability of variants is determined on the basis of key criteria that can be used in construction in practice.
