Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými originárními způsoby nabývání vlastnického práva. Nabývání vlastnického práva je právní skutečností, se kterou se lze setkat každodenně. Originární nabývací způsoby jsou odbornou literaturou poměrně často zanedbávány či opomíjeny, avšak jejich vliv na běžný život je celkem výrazný. The diploma thesis deals with selected originary ways of acquiring ownership under law. Acquisition of ownership is legal proceeding that can be encounted on a daily basis. Originary acquisition methods are quite often neglected or ignored by the legal literature, but their influence on normal life is quite significant.
