Use of tractor control hydraulics

Abstract:

Práce popisuje vliv regulační hydrauliky traktorů na výstupní parametry u základních zpra-cování půdy. V práci je uvedena současná konstrukce traktorů se zaměřením na jednotlivé re-gulační systémy. Byla provedena metodika měření v podmínkách soukromé farmy. Traktor Fendt 724 Vario Plus byl v kombinaci s kypřičem Lemken Karat 9 a poté s pluhem Kverneland LD 100. Bylo provedeno terénní měření s neseným kombinovaným kypřičem a neseným otoč-ným pluhem. Naměřené výsledky byly zpracovány do tabulkové formy a poté graficky zpraco-vány. Výsledky práce ukazují, že větší vliv na spotřebu nafty a výkonnost má oblast práce mo-toru než regulační hydraulika.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the influence of tractor regulation hydraulics on output parameters in basic soil processing. The work presents the current construction of tractors with a focus on individual control systems. The measurement methodology in the conditions of a private farm was performed. The Fendt 724 Vario Plus tractor was combined with a Lemken Karat 9 cultiva-tor and then with a Kverneland LD 100 plow. The measured results were processed into tabular forms and then graphically processed. The results of the work show that the area of engine work has a greater influence on diesel consumption and performance than regulatory hydraulics.
