Readability and clarity of the municipal budget

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Srozumitelnost obecního rozpočtu“ se zaměří na zlepšení srozumitelnosti rozpočtu obce. V první částí práce se autorka bude zabývat rozpočtem obce, jako nástrojem sloužícím k informování o finančních dopadech jednotlivých politik realizovaných obcí a bariérami srozumitelnosti rozpočtu obce. V druhé části autorka bude analyzovat současný stav rozpočtování ze zahraničních zkušeností a vybrané obce ČR. Z těchto poznatků a výsledků dotazníkového šetření bude vypracován návrh formátu dokumentu rozpočtu obce takovým způsobem, který by byl pro občany srozumitelnějším.

Abstract:

Submitted thesis: „Readability and clarity of the municipal budget“ will be focused on better readability of the municipal budget. In the first part author will deal with municipal budget like instrument for information about financial impacts policies realized by municipalities and bariers of readability and clarity of the municipal budget. In the second part author will analyze actual budgeting conditional from foreing experiences and from one Czech municipal. On the base these notes knowledges and results of questionnaire survey there will be proces proposes format of budgeting document with solutions, what would be readability and clarity for citizens.
