Bakalářská práce pojednává a komparaci majetkových daní v zemích Beneluxu a České republiky. Jejím cílem je popis jednotlivých majetkových daní, jejich porovnání a zhodnocení. Práce obsahuje úvodní teoretickou část, kde se definuje a popisuje daň a historie majetkových daní. Bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of property taxes in Benelux and the Czech Republic. Its aim is to describe individual property taxes, their comparison and appreciation.
