Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl poskytnout ucelený pohled na problematiku boje proti dopingu na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmy sport, sportovní právo a věnuje se vzájemným vztahům sportovních a právních norem. Také definuje a vymezuje pojem doping. The goal of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of the fight against doping, at both national and international level. In the theoretical section of the work, the author focuses on the concepts of sports, sports law and deals with correlations between sports and legal norms.
