Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Mentoring v ošetřovatelství je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám pedagogikou a didaktikou, psychologií a komunikací, vzděláváním sester a mentoringem zaměřeným na ošetřovatelství. Praktická část informuje o výsledcích výzkumu pomoci dotazníků a rozhovorů. Dotazník je určený pro studenty ošetřovatelství. Zjišťuji zkušenosti studentů s …more

The bachelor thesis is called Mentoring in Nursing. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with pedagogy and didactics, psychology and communication, education of nurses and mentoring focused on nursing.
