Education system analysis in a chosen company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje systém vzdělávání ve společnosti Provident Financial s cílem zhodnotit využívané postupy, určit možné problémy nebo příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodné změny. Práce je členěna na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů jako vzdělávání, podnikové vzdělávání a systematické vzdělávání, dále pak metody a formy vzdělávání, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení této problematiky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení společnosti a na samotnou analýzu podnikového vzdělávání, která je postavena na rozhovorech se zaměstnanci a prostudování vnitropodnikových dokumentů. Pomocí zjištěných informací je analyzován a zhodnocen vzdělávací proces. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena doporučení, která by měla vést ke zlepšení vzdělávacího systému ve společnosti Provident Financial.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis analyses the training system within the Provident Financial company, with the aim to evaluate current training methods, to determine possible problems or opportunities for improvement and to suggest suitable changes to the training system.The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis provides definitions of terms such as “training”, “training within a company” and “systematic training”, and describes methods and forms of training which are necessary for the understanding of this problematics. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the introduction of the chosen company and the analysis of company training itself, which is based on employee interviews and internal company documentation. Using the information obtained, the training process is analysed and evaluated, and recommendations are proposed in order for the employee training within Provident Financial to be further improved.
