Bakalářská práce byla věnována schopnosti dendritických buněk a „bakteriálních ghostů“ (BGs) prezentovat nádorové antigeny T-lymfocytům. Dendritické buňky byly izolovány kultivací adherentních monocytů získaných z periferní krve v přítomnosti pomocných faktorů IFN-α a GM-CSF. Abstract:
In the thesis we study the ability of tumor antigen presentation to T-cells via dendritic cells and bacterial ghosts (BGs). Dendritic cells were isolated from adherent monocytes from peripheral blood. Monocytes were cultivated in the presence of auxiliary factors IFN-α and GM-CSF.
