Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stereotypy sociálních pracovníků, kteří pracují s romskou komunitou. Práce si kladla za cíl zjistit a popsat, jak sociální pracovníci reflektují své kognitivní stereotypy a předsudky, a jaké využívají metody pro práci s nimi, aby negativně neovlivňovaly vykonávanou práci s klienty. The Diploma thesis is focused on the stereotypes of the social workers who work with Roma community. The aim of the thesis was to identify and describe how the social workers reflect their own cognitive stereotypes and prejudices and also which methods they use in the work to not get any negative affect on their work with clients.
