Market Valuation for Insurance Value
Abstract:
Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů v oblasti oceňování majetku a pojišťovnictví. V praktické části jsou provedena dvě tržní ocenění – rodinný dům v obci Želechovice u Lovosic a bytový dům v Praze 10 Petrovicích. Analytická část práce zkoumá lokální realitní trh, konkrétně městskou část Praha 10.
Abstract:
The theoretical part descriptions definitions of property valuation and insurance. In the practical part is included two market valuations - family house in the Želechovice village near by Lovosice town and apartment building in Prague 10 Petrovice. The analytical part analyzes the local real estate market, specifically Prague 10.
