Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit Listinu základních práv Evropské unie jako nejmodernější katalog lidských práv, který byl vytvořen netradičním způsobem na nadnárodní, nikoli mezinárodní, úrovni, a její postavení ve specifickém systému evropského práva. The aim of the thesis is to describe the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the EU as a modern catalogue of human rights that originates from an unusual background of supranational level, not international, and its place in a specific system of the EU law.
