Velké koalice v Německu a Rakousku: konsensus či kartel politických stran?

Grand coalition in Germany and Austria: consensus or a cartel of political parties?
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit situaci, která panuje ve velkých koalicích v Rakousku a v Německu. Následně rozhodnout, kde se tyto velké koalice nachází. Zda se situace přiklání spíše k politickému konsensu, politickému kartelu, nebo zda se nachází mezi těmito pojmy.
Abstract:
The main aim of this work is to evaluate the situation, which rules in grand coalitions in Austria and in Germany. Subsequently, the decision will be made about their current status, whether their situation incline to a political consensus , a political cartel or somewhere between.
