Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem ?Využití a význam ergoterapie v léčbě pacientů s depresivní poruchou? si klade za cíl seznámení veřejnosti s depresivním onemocněním a rolí, kterou ergoterapie hraje v jeho léčbě. V teoretické části se uvádí popis onemocnění včetně jeho diagnostického členění, metody léčby a rehabilitace, spoluúčast nemocného na průběhu léčby a následného rehabilitačního procesu. Důraz je kladen na popis využití ergoterapie v psychiatrii, dále konkrétněji na práci s pacientem s depresivním onemocněním a na metody, jež se dají v těchto aktivitách využít. Ve speciální části práce je rozebrána kasuistika pacientky s depresivním onemocněním. Obsahuje kompletní anamnézu pacientky, kineziologický rozbor, vyšetření pomocí ergoterapeutických testů, předpokládaný a realizovaný krátkodobý plán a návrh dlouhodobého plánu ergoterapie. Výsledek práce s pacientkou je přínosem k její léčbě. V interakci s farmakologickou a psychologickou léčbou a spolu s ostatními složkami psychosociálního rehabilitačního procesu je ergoterapie vhodnou a účinnou formou působení na psychický i fyzický stav pacientky.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis entitled "Utilisation and meaning of Occupational therapy in treatment of patients with depressive disorder" is designed to acquaint the public with a depressive illness and the roles they play in Occupational therapy treatment. In the theoretical part provides a description of the disease, including its diagnostic articulation, methods of treatment and rehabilitation, participation in the patient during treatment and subsequent rehabilitation process. Emphasis is put on the use of Occupational therapy in psychiatry, as well as specifically to work with patients with depressive illness and the methods that can be used in these activities. In the special part is analyzed casuistic of the patient with depressive illness. Contains a complete history of patient kinesiological analysis, examination by tests and the expected short-and long-term plan Ergotherapy. The result of work with the patient is a contribution to its treatment. The interaction of pharmacological and psychological treatment and together with other components of the psychosocial rehabilitation process is Ergotherapy appropriate and effective form of action on health and physical condition of patients.
