Bachelor´s work is separationed into three capital chapters and deal with heritage and his meaning. The first chapter is fixed to heredity in generally, history heredity and his meaning in present. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných kapitol a zaoberá sa dedičstvom a jeho významom. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na dedenie vo všeobecnosti, históriu dedenia a jeho význam v súčasnosti. Dedičské tituly ako dedenie zo zákona a zo závetu sú popísané v druhej kapitole. V tretej kapitole je rozobraté konanie o dedičstve.
