Implementation Project of SRM in the Company Elster Water Metering s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca je zameraná na zlepšenie vzťahov s dodávateľmi a ich dodávok v spoločnosti Elster Water Metering s.r.o. pomocou nástrojov managementu dodávateľ-ských vzťahov. Cieľom práce bolo spracovanie literárnej rešerše v teoretickej časti, pred-stavenie a analýza súčasného stavu nákupných procesov a vzťahov s dodávateľmi v praktickej časti a návrh opatrení v projektovej časti. Pri analýze súčasného stavu bola využitá analýza ABC, analýza 12 blokov, dotazník a SWOT analýza. V projektovej časti, pomocou týchto analýz boli navrhnuté opatrenia ako hodnotenie dodávateľov, kaizen event, kanban, definovanie komunikačnej matice a iné. Tie sú následne i implementované a vyhodnotené.

Abstract:

The thesis is aimed to set a better relationship between suppliers and their supplies to Elster Water Metering Ltd. with a help of management methods of suppliers´ relations. The target of this thesis was processing literature overview in theoretical part, introducing and analyzing current state of shopping processes and relations with suppliers in practical part, and proposing of measures in project part. During the analysis of the current state the ABC analysis, analysis of 12 blocks, evaluation of questionnaire were used and at the end SWOT analysis conducted. With the help of these analyzes in the project part, measures were suggested as evaluation of suppliers, kaizen event, kanban, defining of communication matrix etc. These are later on implemented and evaluated.
