Abstract:
Vývoj cen nemovitostí se stal nedílnou součástí debat téměř většiny evropských zemí. Ceny se nadále navyšují a nabídka volných bytů se snižuje. Soukromé skupování nemovitostí zamezuje efektivní opatření pomocí státních úprav. The development of real estate prices has become an integral part of debates in almost most European countries. Prices continue to increase and the supply of vacant apartments decreases.
