The aim of my thesis is to analyze the division of competences in terms of three competition institutes. In the first chapter, I describe the area of competition in general. Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je analýza deľby právomocí z pohľadu troch inštitútov ochrany hospodárskej súťaže. V prvej kapitole priblížim obecne problematiku ochrany hospodárskej súťaže.
