Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vypracování metody pro stanovení fenacetinu, diklofenaku, dextrometorfanu a jejich metabolitů paracetamolu, 4’-hydroxydiklofenaku a dextrorfanu pomocí HPLC. Teoretická část se věnuje cytochromům P450, které se významně uplatňují v lidském organismu při metabolismu xenobiotik. Dále jsou zde informace o kapalinové chromatografii a HPLC. This thesis is about developing method for determination of phenacetin, diclofenac, dextromethorphan and their metabolites paracetamol, 4’-hydroxydiclofenac and dextrorphan with HPLC.
