Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v České spořitelně, a.s., konkrétně na pozici osobní bankéř junior, která vykazuje nejvyšší míru fluktuace, a to přes 50 %. Na základě empirického výzkumu dojde ke zhodnocení a také doporučení optimalizace zmíněných procesů. This diploma thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees in Česká spořitelna, namely the personal junior banker position, which has the highest turnover rate of over 50 %.
