Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je členěna na osm kapitol a na následující podkapitoly. V prvních kapitolách je vysvětlení důležitých pojmů pro jejich pochopení. V další kapitole je historický vývoj služebního poměru a veřejné služby. Následující kapitoly se zaměřují na pojmy obsahu náležitostí Zákoníku práce. V posledních kapitolách jsou rozvedeny podmínky příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, jejich práva a náležitosti odměny jednotlivých bezpečnostních složek v souladu služebního zákona. Závěrem této práce je odměnění příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů za jejich dlouholetý výkon ve službě. Práce je určena pro občany, kteří se chtějí o bezpečnostních sborech dozvědět více informací a mají zájem o splnění všech podmínek a chtějí se stát tak součástí bezpečnostních sborů.

Abstract:

Bachelor work is divided into eight chapters and subsections below. The first chapters explain important concepts for their understanding. In the next chapter the historical development of service and public service. The following chapters focus on the concepts of content requirements of the Labor Code. In the last chapters detail the conditions and requirements of the individual rights of security forces in the plane of the Public Service Act. The conclusion of this work is rewarded members of security forces for their long-time performance in the service. Work is for people who want the security forces to find out more information and are interested in the fulfillment of all conditions and want to become such a part of the security forces.
