Ledvinové kameny jsou častým onemocněním, avšak na mechanismy vedoucí k jejich vzniku není zatím nahlíženo zcela jednoznačně. Tato práce je zaměřena na růst ledvinových kamenů z oxalátů a fosfátů. Obsahuje stručný popis onemocnění, jehož projevem je tvorba ledvinových kamenů v ledvinách a výlučných cestách močových. Abstract:
Kidney stones are very common sickness, although the mechanism of their formation is not quite clarified. This thesis is focused on the growth of kidney stones from oxalates and phosphates. It contains brief description of the sickness. This sickness is defined by symptoms caused by the formation of kidney stones in kidneys and urinary tracks.
