Abstract:

Tato bakaláská práce pojednává o využití entomopatogenních hlístovkách (EPN) druhu Steinernema a Heterorhabditis v biologickémboji proti vybraným škdcm. EPN vstupují do tla svého hostitele rznými pirozenými otvory (ústy, itním otvorem, tlním povrchem), uvnit vypouští své symbiotické bakterie (Steinernema/bakterie rodu Xenorhabdus, Heterorhabditis/bakterie rodu Photorhabdus), které usmrtí svého hostitele bhem 2-4 dní po penetraci. Uvnit hostitele bakterie produkují potravu pro hlístovky, které tak mají zajištné vhodné podmínky a prostedí pro rst a vývoj nových generací, které pak opouštjí tlo hostitele a hledají hostitele nového. EPN jsou vhodné pro boj se škodlivým hmyzem, nebo jsou jejich pirozenými nepáteli, jsou ekologické a bezpené pro své okolí a nemají žádné nežádoucí nebo škodlivé úinky. Bakaláská práce poskytuje ucelené informace o vybrané skupin hmyzích škdc, jejich životních cyklech a spolených antagonistických vztazích sEPN. Bakaláská práce obsahuje i struný pohled na komerní trh firem a jejich výrobk, které obsahují EPN. Poskytuje struný pehled hlístovek a jejich úink na škodlivý hmyz.

Abstract:

This bachelor work treats about utilization entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN) species Steinernema and Heterorhabditis in the biological struggle against selected pests. EPN enter to the hosts body through the natural openings ( by mouth, anus, body surface etc.) and inside the hosts body it exrete their symbiotic bacteria ( Steinernema bacteria species Xenorhabdus, Heterorhabditis bacteria species Photorhabdus ) which kill its host during 2 4 days after penetration. The bacteria produce nourishment for nematodes in the hosts body and so they have suitable conditions for their growth and evolution new generations, which then leave and look for a new host. EPN are suitable for the struggle with dangerous insect because they are their natural enemies, they are ecological and safe for their surroundings and dont have any undesirable or dangerous impacts. This bachelor work offers comprehensive information about choosen group of insect pests, their life cycles and common antagonistic relations with EPN. This work includes a brief view of commercial market of firms, too, and their products containing EPN. It offers short view of nematodes and their effect on pests.
