Osobnost člověka v organizaci

Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá osobností člověka v organizaci. Zaměřuje se na vymezení osobnosti a její formování, popis hodnotového systému, postojů, schopností, různých vlivů působících na osobnost v průběhu celého života, zejména z pracovního hlediska. Je zde zahrnutá i část související s jednotlivými typy osobností v organizaci. Dále také možnosti rozvoje i znehodnocení pracovníků.
Abstract:
Graduation thesis deals with the human personality in the organization. It focuses on the definition of personality and its formation, description of the system of values, attitudes, skills, different influences on personality throughout life, particularly in terms of employment.
