Práce se zabývá problematikou smlouvy o účtu, především je zaměřena na uzavírání smlouvy o účtu, kde je nejdříve vysvětlen pojem účet dle právní úpravy a z obecného hlediska. Dále je pojednáváno o vzniku závazku ze smlouvy o účtu, obsahu smlouvy o účtu a zánik závazků ze smlouvy o účtu. Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the bank account contracts, especially is focused on concluding the bank account contracts.
