Diplomová práce pojednává o investičním záměru vybrané obce a optimálním způsobu jeho financování. Práce je členěna na dvě části - teoretickou část a praktickou část. The diploma thesis deals with the investment plan of the selected municipality and the optimal way of its financing. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and practical part.
