Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována porovnání stanovení glykovaného hemoglobinu pomocí dvou rozdílných analytických technik a to stávající metodou HPLC (analyzátor D10, BioRad) a nově zaváděnou kapilární elektroforézou (analyzátor Capillarys 2 Flex Piercing, Sebia). V rámci práce bylo porovnáno a vyhodnoceno celkem 392 vzorků. Vzorky byly zároveň změřeny na obou analytických systémech a statisticky vyhodnoceny …more

This bachelor thesis is a comparative study of measurements of HgA1c in clinical laboratories by a routine method High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) in D-10 analyzer (Bio-Rad) and a newly introduced method Capillary Electrophorensis (CE) in Capillarys HbA1c analyzer (Sebia). 392 samples were measured and evaluated in this bachelor thesis.
