Formation and the beginning of the Spanish Inquisition
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací na Pyrenejském poloostrově koncem 15. století a vysvětluje příčiny vzniku španělské inkvizice a její podstatu. Následně také rozebírá zaměření Supremy a její dopad pro nekatolické minority ve Španělsku. Závěrem popisuje organizační strukturu samotné instituce a také způsob práce jejích členů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis reviews the situation on the Pyrenean peninsula at the end of the 15th century and explain the causes of the establishment of the Spanish Inquisition and its substance. Subsequently, the focus of the Suprema and its consequences for non-Catholic minorities in Spain are discussed.
