Impact of Economic Crisis on AGRIO MZS s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá dopady energetické krize a nárůstu cenové hladiny v ekonomice na podnik, který je největším českým výrobcem polní postřikovací techniky. Tato práce analyzuje opatření, která byla podnikem v průběhu let 2021 a 2022 zavedena, a to z hlediska jejich efektivity. Analytická část obsahuje základní informace o podniku a jeho historii, vývoj finanční výkonnosti podniku v čase s komentáři k výkyvům jednotlivých ukazatelů finanční výkonnosti a dále pak vyčíslené dopady jednotlivých zavedených opatření. Vyčíslené dopady jsou poté komentovány v širším kontextu celkového hospodaření podniku. Návrhová část navazuje na část analytickou, kde jsou na základě SWOT analýzy uvedeny konkrétní návrhy, jejichž implementace by podniku umožnila zefektivnit výrobní procesy, posílit jeho postavení v rámci evropské konkurence a zvýšit ekonomickou výkonnost.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis examines the impact of the energy crisis and the increase in the price level in the economy on the company, which is the largest Czech producer of field spraying machinery. This work analyses the measures that were implemented by the company during 2021 and 2022 in terms of their effectiveness. The analytical part contains basic information about the company and its history, the development of the company's financial performance over time with comments on the fluctuations of individual financial performance indicators, and the quantified impact of individual measures introduced. The quantified impacts are then commented on in the broader context of the overall performance of the enterprise. The proposal part is a continuation of the analytical part, where, on the basis of the SWOT analysis, specific proposals are presented, the implementation of which would enable the company to make its production processes more efficient, strengthen its position within the European competition and increase its economic performance.
