Tato práce vychází z často zmiňovaných reforem veřejných financí a zaměřuje se úzce na nedílnou součást reformy systému důchodového zabezpečení. Touto oblastí je oddělení majetku penzijního fondu od majetku účastníků. This work deals with the often mentioned reforms of the public finance and concentrates on an integral part of the old age pension scheme - the separation of the property of the pension fund and the property of the participants.
