Cílem této bakalářské práce je ověřit efekt prolongovaného strečinku v ergoterapii centrálních paréz. Teoretickou část tvoří kapitoly, které se zabývají centrální parézou, cévní mozkovou příhodou, hodnocením spastické parézy a metodou prolongovaného strečinku. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to verify the effect of prolonged stretching in occupational therapy when treating upper motor neuron lesion. The theoretical part consists of chapters dealing with upper motor neuron lesion, stroke, assesment of spastic paresis and prolonged stretching method.
