Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu celosvětového gastronomického festivalu Restaurant Day, který lze chápat jako festival domácích pop-up restaurací. Jedná se o socio-kulturní festival, který si skrze jídlo klade za cíl vytvářet komunitu podobně smýšlejících lidí, oživit veřejný prostor a vytvářet prostor pro projevení kreativity obyvatel města, kde festival probíhá. Abstract:
The presented thesis focuses on the analysis of the global food festival Restaurant Day, usually considered a festival of local pop-up restaurants. Restaurant Day is a socio-cultural festival which, through food, aims to create a community of like-minded people, revitalize public space and to encourage the creativity of local residents.
