Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi subjektivního ověření refrakce nejen na dálku, ale především na blízko. Nejdříve se věnuje stručnému popisu refrakčních vad. Dále rozebírá problematiku akomodace a konvergence – jejich mechanismy, složky, vyšetření, možné anomálie a fyziologické změny přicházející s věkem. This thesis focuses on the possibilities of verification of subjective refraction not only for far, but especially for near distance. First of all, thesis is devoted to a brief charakterization of refractive errors.
