Proposal of Promotion Mix for a Restaurant

Abstract:

Bunyak Volodymyr. Návrh komunikačního mixu pro restaurace. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2016. 63 str. Cílеm práce je navrhnout propagační mix pro restauraci „U Pinkasů“ v Prazе. Práce je rozčleněná do tří částí. První část prácе se bude zabývat tеоretickým výkladem. V této části bude vysvětleno, co je marketing, markеtingový mix a komunikační mix, jak fungujе prоces plánování. V analytické čаsti jsou pоužity metody a anаlýzy představené v teorii. Jako teoretické a metodologické základy studia bakalářské práci slouží vědecké práce domácích i zahraničních výzkumných pracovníků. Jejich teorie a praxe vedení profilu restauračního obchodu, a také všeho hotelového a restauračního obchodu za formace a fungování tržního hospodářství, což odhaluje základní podstatu a obsah vedení, jeho principy a funkce. A také teorie známých výzkumných pracovníků v oblasti psycho-fyziologického chování osobnosti a jejího vnímání v dnešní společnosti. Jako datová báze byly použity statistické a analytické materiály, materiály vědeckých konferencí a seminářů, jakož i vlastní výzkum trhu.

Bunyak Volodymyr. Suggestion of the promotional mix for a restaurant. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2016. 63 p. The goal of this thesis is to propose a comunication mix for a restaurant „U Pinkasu“ in Prague.Work is consist of three parts. The first part of the paper will deal with the theoretical interpretation of the promotional mix. In this section is explained what is the marketing mix and communication mix, how does the planning process. In the analytical part, the techniques are used and the analysis presented in the theory. As the theoretical and methodological foundations of the bachelor work were used the scientific work of domestic and foreign researchers. Their dedicated to the theory and practice of leadership profile of the restaurant trade, and also of all the hotel and restaurant trade, for the formation and functioning of a market economy, which reveals the basic substance and content management, its principles and functions. And also the theory of well known researchers in the field of psycho-physiological behavior of the personality and its perception in today's society. As the Information base were used, statistical and analytical materials, materials of scientific conferences and seminars, as well as own market research.
